We have redeveloped the site of our first proprietary warehouse, the Shinagawa Warehouse, which began its operations in 1952. We completed the construction of Toyoko Inn Shinagawa Station Konan Exit Tennozu in March 2012, as part of our redevelopment strategy. This building is the largest in our corporate group and has 741 rooms. With this building, we began our building leasing operations.

The hotel is located at an ideal halfway point between the city center and Haneda Airport, maintaining high occupancy rates. As a long-standing business entity in the Tennozu district, we continue to engage in various activities contributing to the redevelopment and development of the area.
